1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return if:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
- Your request is made within 7 days of receiving the order
We do not accept returns for opened or used tea products due to hygiene and food safety reasons.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at our support email or phone number
- Provide your order number, issue details, and product photos (if damaged)
- Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours
- Once approved, we will guide you on how to send the product back
3. Refunds
Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Refund options include:
- Full refund to your original payment method
- Store credit for future purchases
- Product replacement (if preferred)
Refund processing time: 3–7 working days.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used tea products
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
- Items returned after 7 days
- Promotional or discounted items (eligible for replacement only if damaged)
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a broken, leaking, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share product images and packaging photos
- We will provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost
6. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and will follow the return process.
